Rates are quoted and charged in GBP inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Alternative currency rates are indicative only, are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.
Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. Special offers and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements.
To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you.
A non-refundable deposit of 50 per cent will be debited from your card at time of booking.
In the event that we cannot debit this deposit from your card then such reservation shall be null and void.
The balance of the accommodation charge as well as any additional costs incurred shall be paid prior to departure.
Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to day of arrival.
Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 nights accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card.
To cancel your booking please email the hotel directly quoting the Booking Reference Number issued with your confirmation.
Please note that the rates applying to children are inclusive of Bed and Breakfast only. The cost of additional childrens meals shall be paid on departure.

White Hart Hotel Restaurant Loyalty Card – Full Terms and Conditions:
1. Discount Offer: The card provides a 10% discount on food only, for up to 4 diners per visit.
2. Restrictions:
• Cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or packages.
• The discount is valid for six (6) uses only; each use will be marked by a punch or stamp on the card.
• Non-transferable – The card is intended for the individual to whom it was issued and may not be shared.
3. Booking Requirements:
• Advance booking is required to use the card. Please mention the card at the time of booking.
• Bookings can be made by calling the hotel directly or through the website.
4. Non-Valid Days:
• The discount cannot be redeemed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or for Sunday Lunch.
5. Additional Terms:
• The White Hart Hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, and all punches/stamps are final.
